The first release of this package has been uploaded to the laboratory, I
welcome comments from those interested in this module.
The current items currently in discussion ( but I welcome others )
1. Should this be a static class? Being static it might be harder to
extend if someone wanted to use it as a lightweight ACL for example.
2. What mode should it default to, 32bit, Fake 64bit or GMP, or auto
sense what mode? Since storage for the 64bit is different then the
others a auto mode could cause issues.
