The room is physically empty right now ;) Friday and all I guess, The
reason you "see" text is because it pulls the last 25 lines when you log
in so you can see some history

I was able to connect to the server and found the zfgeneral room, but
when I join, the room looks empty. There were several others in the
room, but I'm the only person that shows in the participants list.
