I doubt any changes will be made to the existing coding standard 
regarding braces, because:
- majority support existing standard
- insufficient logical (objective) justification to make a change to the 
existing standard as it relates to the use of braces
- existing standard works
Thus, I think we should turn our attention to other aspects of the 
coding standard, before considering it ready for acceptance with the 0.2 
release of ZF.
