Can we maybe start implementing a component-level changelog.

It's quite difficult for me to track what all has changed in all these components and there doesnt appear to be any upgrading/migration docs in the wiki that I can find.

I'm thinking maybe a component-level changelog would make sense to see the differences in the syntax; instead of trying to figgure out what has changed in the manuals.

Kevin

P.S.

What exactly is new in the MVC and what will be needed to upgrade to the new 0.2.0 from 0.1.5

Hi Bill,

thanks for your announcement and thanks to everybody who worked hard on
this release. But one little thing confuses me a bit.

    * New MVC implementation
    * New HTTP request and response objects [...]
    * Enhanced pure PHP Lucene-compatible search engine component
    * New Mysqli DB adapter
    * New JSON server
    * New REST client and server
    * New XmlRpc client and server
    * New Acl component
    * New Session component
    * New Web Services clients for Delicious and Audioscrobbler
    * New Registry component
    * Significant improvements to many other components
    * Lots of new documentation and translations

Most of the stuff you mentioned in your list is only available in the
incubator and not in the library of release 0.2. Maybe this should be
added to the release note.

Besides that I will go testing now. :-)

Best Regards,

Ralf
