[fw-general] Spam issues

Hey all,

I was looking at the dashboard and i noticed that another spammer 
started spamming the wiki:

Please see: http://framework.zend.com/wiki/dashboard.action

I'm not an administrator of this space yet "ZFDOC", so I couldn't set 
the proper permissions yet. Only CLA signers are supposed to add 
comments to the wiki documentation...

Could we investigate this further?
