after all, thank you for your help...

I have added your code.. but i receive this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method
Zend_Controller_RewriteRouter::setRewriteBase() in
C:\Progetti\Kettler\SITE\kettler\www\index.php on line 74

I suppose that in the incubator setRewriteBase has been eliminated... 
$router->setRewriteBase($rewrite_base);

What i have to do so?
