Do you want to support client side Sieve or only MANAGESIEVE ? What
sieve-php does should be easy to implement by extending
Zend_Mail_Transport_IMAP/Zend_Mail_IMAP.
How many mail-server in the wild do support Sieve/MANAGESIEVE?
