Bill processes them fairly quickly -- I usually see most requests take no more than a few days anymore, and sometimes they happen the same day. We have to either scan in faxed documents or conversely print out emailed documents for each CLA submitted for our records, verify information, create accounts, etc. Unfortunately, this means there's some waiting time involved.
