Hi, Alexander,

1, Nearly the same number of documents in the both index, 691/682 (the 
difference of the number is because of my business logic, not relating to the 
search engine, and I think it does not matter.) .And the indexed fields number 
is not the same, while the fiield "contents" is the same.

2, I use Standard Analyzer of java lucene. 

3, I could not find with document is not indexed because the number of the 
documents in index is right. I will send you the both indexes created by Java 
Lucene and Zend_Search Lucene in another email.  I used Luke toolbox to search 
them, with the different results. You can try again.
