I spent a few days this week trying to create a new instance of JIRA and
Confluence, but I was unsuccessful. I think I may be hitting this bug:

I'm contacting Atlassian tech support to help with the upgrade, or else to help
fix the errors we are having with the current version.

Any word yet on upgrading? It's very difficult for those of us in GMT
or earlier timezones to use the wiki. It's almost a habit by now that I never
bother even trying the wiki until sometime in the evening.
