I looked into "edit page" but there is no possibility to change the
parent page.
I am only able to add a new page and delete the old one... but this
would also erase all comments.
A more detailed instruction would be nice... maybe there are some
rights missing ?

Hello Thomas et all,
When clicking the edit tab on a page: on the left side (below the page
name) you'll see the "space" label, with a dropdown box. To the right of
that dropdown box, there's a text field with the label "Parent Page". If
your proposal is currently on the "New Proposals" page, the text field
will display "New Proposals". Change this value to "Ready for Review".
