I found in these 4 files, in the first line, there is a extra stuff of "xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2003/XInclude";
so that it looks like <sect1 id="zend.controller.router" xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2003/XInclude";> But others only have <sect1 id="zend.xxxx.yyyy"> in the first line. I guess these cause the problem.
