Thanks for the email.
I have asked Matthew from the Zend Framework team to consolidate the
various proposals including some other thoughts we've received
independently and come up with a recommendation for the component.
As this is potentially a very big component and there are quite a few
people/proposals to touch base with this will still take a bit of time.

Forms is high priority on our side so we will do everything we can to
make it move forward.

As usual, Matthew will publish his thoughts on the Wiki and this will go
through the regular process of opening it up for public scrutiny in
order to get as much feedback as possible.
