Hi Philippe, No, we do not have a firm release date for 1.1.0 at this time. We will be releasing a 1.0.2 mini-release quite soon, however, and then we will be looking to scope the 1.1.0 release.
A solution for Zend_View_Enhanced / Zend_Layout is expected to be released with 1.1.0, but we are not yet sure about forms support, since this is a relatively large undertaking. Maybe we will be able to have some "alpha" or "beta" forms technology available for evaluation by this time, but it's a bit too early to say for sure right now.
