ZendFramework-20070918-6394-en.tar.gz is one of the latest revisions (rev. 6394 generated at 09/18/2007).
I checked it with this version, but still have correct result. There was a bug which produce similar behavior, but it was fixed long time ago (http://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF-955). Could I ask you to check that there are no early ZF versions installed in your environment? Please pay attention, that Zend/Search/Lucene.php file is not placed under Zend/Search/Lucene/ folder.
