Just perform a svn diff your/file/name.php and copy and paste the
output of that to
a) A JIRA issue or feature request (Recommended)
b) The appropriate proposal in a comment if it's still under review
c) The mailing list if you're after community feedback rather than
specific feedback

Hello all.
I am trying to help the community sending bug-fixes, etc, by issue
tracker and i made checkout from svn server and i need to know how
can i send the patches in the svn. I am looking for stuff in the
wiki but i did not found anything.
I am not looking for commit grant on svn, but only a way to submit
changes for the team leaders decide if it can be used or not.
Can anyone help me?
