[fw-general] Layout in svn broken

Hey Matthew,

Just wanted to give you a heads up on this one.  The 7096 revision on 
the Placeholder & Registry causes the Zend/View/Layout to break.  It 
looks for the 'REGISTRY_KEY' constant, which is no longer there.
