Hi all, When I moved my ZF project to a production server I suddenly started getting "Fatal error: Uncaught exception..." errors. Everything worked fine on my development server.
The PHP version and configuration were the same except the eAccelerator on the production server. After some search I have found this eAccelerator bug: http://eaccelerator.net/ticket/242 http://eaccelerator.net/ticket/242 Simply put, there is a problem with eAccelerator's Optimizer (v 0.9.5) and any exception thrown will not be caught (for details you may check the above link). In my case, turning the Optimizer off solved the problem. This caused me some valuable time so I am posting this hoping it will be helpful for someone.
