Hello Jason, I renamed the file in my local working copy and it seems remote repository made a little confusion understanding TestBlogPostTagsError is different than TestBlogpostTagsError.
I fixed the issue in revisions http://framework.zend.com/fisheye/changelog/Zend_Framework/?cs=7245 and http://framework.zend.com/fisheye/changelog/Zend_Framework/?cs=7244 , please let me know if you notice any additional problem.
