[fw-general] Missing image in API Documentation

I just noticed that there's a missing image in the API Documentation:
        http://framework.zend.com/apidoc/core/media/images/Class%20Constant.png

Here's an example of a page which tries to use this (nonexistant) image:

        (scroll down to PlaylistVideoFeed.php)

Is this something that can be fixed locally, or is this a  
phpDocumentor bug?
