Definitely a JIRA issue - however you may wish to also contact the Component Lead for the tests that are failing so that you can give them a heads-up and see if there's something trivial that may be causing it.

Are unit tests from trunk always supposed to pass?
Cause as I get from manual they are.
Mine definitely have errors and want to report somehow.
Should I create issues on jira for stuff like that?
