You need PHPUnit installed to run the tests. See the wiki -

I now get this error when loading AllTests.php

Have you tried re-uploading Zend, some files can get corrupted when
uploaded or their upload can failed.

That is the error I get when trying to use the Google Data
Library. It
didn't come with a Mime.php file. Whats up?
