I'm having all sorts of problems with the look of it, like there's something
wrong with the css. I've cleared my cache.

Not to bring a downer to this but I think it's slower :( I'm located in the
UK on a 8Mb broad band connection.

pinging framework.zend.com show's ip 64.255.169.46 and avg time of 163ms
