Thanks for replying! My application is actually built upon your tutorials
(thanks for those!!!). Sorry to see you blog is offline right now...

Anyway, in my .htaccess I have:

RewriteEngine on

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule .* index.php

I did nothing with the routing and I'm using the Bootstrap.php as you
described...
