[fw-general] Zend_Paginator - Ready for Review

Hi all,

Matthew Ratzloff and I have been working on updating the proposal (and  
code) for Zend_Paginator. Because of extensive modifications to the  
proposal and the component itself, we've moved it back to the Ready  
for Review state.
I would like to ask all of you to check out the proposal and to  
provide comments (if you haven't done so already ;), so we can  
hopefully get Zend_Paginator in the incubator for 1.6 soon. :)
