I am on vacation but the actual release can be found in incubator.
A new one with more features will be available in a few days when I am back.
But the component will not be finished when 1.6 is released even if it's
included within core for 1.6.
The complete component is to big to get it ready in a few days.
But it will provide HTTP Post upload (without progress) so it can be used
with Zend_Form.
It also has some validators already available (Zend_Validate_File_*) which
have to be used for files.
We will keep you informed about the progress and any related news within
this list.
