If its just now entered Core it may take a while to get generated as part of the Wiki manual... The docbook sources are all in SVN already presumably and it's not that hard to read XML formatted text ;). A docbook editor like XMLMind would even format it into a more readable form for editing, or you could setup the toolchain to generate it into HTML yourself if really pressed.
