Ok, changing that makes the button appear :-) but not in the tundra theme
way :-(

I have the following code for the button:

<?php  $this->dojo()->enable()
             ->setDjConfigOption('parseOnLoad', true)
             ->requireModule('dijit.form.Button');
      ?>

<button dojoType="dijit.form.Button" id="helloButton">
        Hello World!
        <script type="dojo/method" event="onClick">
           alert('You pressed the button');
        </script>
    </button>
