[fw-general] Zend_Form_Element_File

Using $location = $form->foo->getValue(); as the manual describes the path of
the uploaded file is returned. However, if I'm unable to access $location in
the controller; e.g. exif_imagetype($location) returns false. Just wondering
if I'm missing something since this is new.
