[fw-general] Rewrite Rule

Hello

I'm not very used to rewrite rules, but I'd like to map this request
/event/xxx
to
/handle/view?event=xxx

I'm guessing I could create a /event/ directory an use a .htaccess inside,
that overrules the .htaccess in the root.
