I've seen several posts where people have talked about how they have their framework laid out. I see different locations for Admin functions... sometimes in the modules they are administering and sometimes in their own admin module.
Is there an article or best practice about this topic? Good and bad points? Suggestions on how it should work? What functionality is considered admin and what functionality is just limited to those with login / permission access?
