Probably because you named your form element not file.txt ?

I'm hesitating, because it seems to be odd, that noone noticed this,
however Zend_Form_Element_File simply wont work. After form submission
it returns an error message: The file 'test.txt' could not be found –
if Size validator set, since this messages is generated in it.
However, files won't get uploaded if I remove it, so problem lays
somewhere else.
Should I file an issue on this?
