Hey, all --

I sent this email to zf-contributors last week. I'm not seeing much
traffic in the commit list or in the issue tracker, so I'm bumping it
and CC'ing fw-general.

This is the week to hunt for bugs! Let's make 1.7.0 a QA release, and
close as many bugs as possible.
