Ahhh, I finally get it...
In case anbody else is wondering, after the form is validated, to check if
the file is uploaded you have to do something like this:
$adapter = $form->file_element->getTransferAdapter();
if ($adapter->isUploaded()) {
echo "File is uploaded!";
} else {
echo "File is not uploaded!";
}
So, you are saying that what is currently available at svn 1.7 branch (
http://framework.zend.com/svn/framework/standard/branches/release-1.7/ ) is
going to be available for download at
http://framework.zend.com/download/latest ? Because, latest version on
official web iz 1.7.0 Preview Release.
