What is the "action" of your form (from the final HTML)? how are you setting it (in the PHP)?
In my action I am setting $form->setAction(mailist/detail) , so in detail.phtml I can write action = $this->getAction(). Actually the problem lies here as on the previous page I set action for corresponding form as $form->setAction(mailist/list) and in this list action I write $form->setAction(mailist/detail). So final url becomes http://localhost/mobile_mail/admin/maillist/maillist/detail. Isnt it possible to set a new form and a new action in an action.
