- Set the file element to required = false
- The file element can not edit database records

condicional validations.
What I need with Zend_Form_Element_File component is this:
- Insert is not allow empty file.
- Edit an existing record with file associated, is optional.
I couldn't archieve with the component.
Any ideia how to solve this?
