Our minimum supported PHP version changed to 5.2.4 with ZF 1.7.0. While most components are not necessarily using functionality specific to that version, we cannot guarantee that ZF applications built on ZF versions >= 1.7.0 will run on a PHP install earlier than 5.2.4.
