After a little bit of reading last weekend on the subject I have just
bought this book which is recommended in a few articles. Martin Fowler
also mentions it in his description of the Domain Model in his book that
Ralph mentions below. I haven't read any of it yet as it only arrived
today so cant give more info than that really, but it sounds good.
