Hi folks. I want to become a contributor. Reading http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFPROP/Contributor+License+Agreement Isee there is a way to sign CLA without sending it by post, but just emailing to [email protected].
Questions: 1. Is this a faster way, how long does it take to be processed? 2. Why do I need to scan and not just fill http://framework.zend.com/cla form and send? Is hand signed requered? 3. What does 'Facsimile' field means in http://framework.zend.com/cla (my english is bad, don't get me wrong)? 4. It says that I need to provide my 'Issue Tracker username', but there is no such field in http://framework.zend.com/cla form.
