Delete the file and re-up if you are on a case insensitive OS. There is no actual fix without restoring the original filename, and that would be a violation of the coding standard. The SVN trunk is NOT broken - it's a valid name change. The only thing "broken" is your operating system which can't tell the difference between "a" and "A" ;).
