Sorry, seems like I thought about another error :))
ZendX_JQuery::enableView($view); does the same you do in your Bootstrap:
$view->addHelperPath('ZendX/JQuery/View/Helper/', 'ZendX_JQuery_View_Helper');
So you can leave only $this->jQuery()->enable(); in your view scripts, or even
enable it inside your bootstrap.
