First of all, welcome to ZF :) Looks like everything is good except for the root of your local host. Try setting it to /home/zeliboba/dgb/public. This is where all of your publicly-accessible files will go (index.php, .htaccess, css, images, js, etc.) and safely hides away all of the application's PHP scripts and config from being accidentally served by apache.
You should also update your <Directory> directive to point to the public folder.
