we are looking for a programmer for a website-builder (comparable with
http://www.npage.de/, but specialized on a certain industry).
Project-Management, concept, design, hosting and sales are all covered
by the existing team. Therefore we are "only" looking for somebody who
can take care of the frontend (HTML/CSS and JavaScript) and backend
(Zend, SQL, etc.).
We know that this means a lot of work. Initially we were thinking of a
fixed price for the project. However, it is a complex one that will
probably lead to even more work. So it is probably fairer to agree on a
monthly salary plus commissions for keeping deadlines. A permanent
working position is also a possibility. We are open for suggestions.
The permanent working place is in Stuttgart, Germany (with a great view
over Stuttgart).
