I don't know whether Zend_Soap_AutoDiscover or rather Zend_Server_Reflection is
able to handle single-line comments for phpdoc. Try using multi-line comments
instead:
/**
* @param string $ein
* @return string
*/
public function MeineFunk($ein) {

}
