I'm all for it.

A good place to start would be the wiki. We can create a section within
the wiki for this, and allow for some organization around different
categories. This would require a small team of dedicated contributors
who would post links (and/or manage a queue of submitted links) after
vetting them. 

Ideally, someone or some team would also note the really good examples,
and try to either get permission to include the content in the "Learning
Zend Framework" part of the manual, or create new content that
incorporates the best parts of one or several posts into the manual.
