I have spent a while trying to solve this and I am not having any luck hence posting here.
I have gone the PhD route (which you need to update the svn repo address on line 17 to read "http://framework.zend.com/svn/framework/build-tools/trunk/build-tools/docs/";) which doesnt work. It just hangs and in verbose mode it hangs on: If I try the xsltproc toolchain way I get the following error: This is on a VM guest: Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 11.10 Release: 11.10 Codename: oneiric On windows 7.
