This may be a stupid question, but I'm looking at exploring Zend
Framework 2. When the full framework is downloaded from
framework.zend.com or when I pull the git ZF2 Skeleton Application,
both have an INSTALL.txt file that talks about the zf command. It says
that it should be located in the framework `bin` directory. However,
looking in that directory reveals that this isn't the case. All that
is in the bin directory are some example autoloader php files,
classmap generator, and a few other php files.

Like I said I'm sure this is a ridiculous question, but where is the
zf command I can't find it!
