The Zend Framework team is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of version 1.11.14, the last stable release in the 1.11
series (barring future security updates).

This release fixes a minor issue in the Zend_Feed_Writer component
introduced in 1.11.13; otherwise, it is essentially the same as 1.11.13.
