It's been a while since my original post on this topic, and I've recently
switched my method of creating multiple instances of objects while still
using dependency injection. I started with overriding __clone, then moved on
to using the AbstractPluginManager, and now I'm doing it with nested
closures.

What I'm looking for at the moment is for maybe a couple of people to review
these posts, particularly part 2, and provide feedback. I'd like to know if
the method I'm suggesting is a good idea, if it makes sense, if it will
cause problems under certain circumstances, etc.
