I apprehend that what Remi's administrator says means that he could not make rpm package for ZendFramework-extras 1.12.17 because official archive from Zendframework 1.12.17 did not contain ZendFramework-extras. So, I think that I need to ask to Zendframework's team for the reason that Zendframework 1.12.17 does not contain ZendFramework-extras.
